Two bugs:
1) The freenet.ini written doesn't include the line with the plugins list, so
we don't have Library by default, or KeyUtils etc. We only end up with the two
plugins loaded by the wizard. The code looks fine, I have no idea why that line
fails, but I install it and if I catch it early enough, we have four lines and
End, but not the loadplugin line.
2) The uninstaller gives an abort/retry/fail dialog, but works after retry.
Evidently it doesn't wait long enough. This might be related to the pid - I
don't understand the pid code, it seems to be recording the pid of the tray
icon and then using it to kill the wrapper???
