Freenet 0.7.5 build 1312 is now available. Please upgrade! This build will be mandatory on the 28th (I promise I will be around at some point on the 27th or 28th to see whether it has gone catastrophically wrong, I will also be working until the 24th at least probably). The main change is a set of major internal refactoring related to when requests are removed from the internal data structures. This is needed for the next stage of new load management (actually probably the next but one stage as the next thing is to merge the new packet format). There is also a small but important change to load management: Currently when a node rejects a request it automatically rejects that request from other nodes in the future, we will now reconsider when we see the request again, unless we rejected it for a good reason (severe overload). Also some timeout changes.
