IMHO the key issue is not what library to use. It's not even whether or not to
disallow users to not use javascript. It's that we need a designer, who has no
idea what technology we will finally use, to produce mockups - in the form of
jpeg's, html, or whatever is convenient for the designer. Then we need the
technical people to convert it into code, using whatever library meets our
requirements.
