If you're actually worried about this though, you can convert the bitcoins
to a "real" currency as soon as you receive them. Anyway, this isn't really
unique to bitcoins as most currency is going to deflate eventually..

Paypal and google aren't especially efficient but are more so than bitcoin,
at least in small quantity.
