Most users after they install are faced with a search box and a list of sites. They try the search and it is slow and/or doesn't work. They don't try the sites at all because they have no idea what to do with them ????? We need more usability testing, but there was some feedback along similar lines... People don't understand indexes??? Or maybe we just need to label it better.
