I've made progress on pull requests. My mentor ArneBab returned last
week, and we discussed design for pull requests and the web UI plugin.
Our conversation is logged on digger3's IRC log[0] from 20:14 to
21:48. The plan is to have pull requests sent via Freemail v0.2. The
subject and body will be a human-readable description, (in Markdown)
and the footer will be YAML which describes the particulars of the
pull request. The Markdown will be subject to Freenet's HTML filtering.

The web plugin will monitor Freemail for pull requests and allow
subscribing to repositories. To avoid duplicate logic between
Infocalypse and the web UI, the web UI will require a connection to
Infocalypse (fn-connect) to do most things. The plugin will build a
list of received pull requests and followed things as part of its
operation. Optionally, this state can be inserted both as non-private
backup and to allow others to follow it.
