We are certainly always interested in improving the speed and accuracy of simulations in KiCad. That being said, KiCad is not the appropriate forum to test out new theories of electromagnetism. We are not subject matter experts on where appropriate overlap between Maxwell and Weber's theories lie. New theories will need to be appropriately vetted in the scientific literature before we look at using them to model physical effects in KiCad.
