I've pondered this last proposal a bit more, and I think we'll need to rename the library as well to follow in the includes. E.g.
* libtscapi - C API library. * libtscutil - C Utility library. * libtscppapi - C++ API library. * libtscpputil - C++ Utility library * libtscore - C++ core library (same as it is now in this PR). These are split out to make internal and external linking work with the same set of libraries, e.g. the core will not link to libtscapi or libtscppapi.
