@marcowi - how are the bonds configured on your host? I.e. what are the names? Can you do a "brctl show" on your KVM host and send the output?
I suspect this has to do with the underlying bond naming - CloudStack only has a limited list of terms it looks for - and if your bonds are called "brbondXXX" then this would not be included.
