no you actually need more than that including `in_data[syncbatchnorm::kData]`, `out_data[syncbatchnorm::kOut]`, `s`, `workspace.dptr_`, `dshape` and some of them need to be null/nothing in some cases, so I don't it's a very suitable case for a "common" helper function.
