@scw00 - not currently. I did some work a few years back involving generation numbers on the proxy allocated objects which would enable detection of dispatch to dead (or more dangerously, recycled) continuations but it was bonged.
While trying to dispatch to a dead / recycle continuation can cause a crash, so can a race condition. Personally I prefer the former because it's not nearly as mysterious. Race conditions tend to have very odd effects that make them hard to track down. A crash from a dispatch is generally much easier to recognize for what it is.
