- Now distinguishes between "mainline" versions (0.10.0, 0.11.0, ..) and "all unreleased versions" (including JS-*). Any unreleased version can be specified as the fix version, but only mainline versions will be _suggested_. - No longer suggests installing the incorrect `jira-python` library - Add top-level script check (for easier testing of individual functions)
