Hi, I was able to recreate the scrolling issue with a plain JS UWP app, so it is not an issue with Cordova. Seems like on a UWP app running in local mode is is necessary to enable scrolling by setting the css overflow property. I don't know the reason for the CSP violations yet, however they don't seem to cause any issues in the app. Thanks again for your help, I really appreciate your quick responses and suggestions!
