Thank you for the clear up. I'm going with your reasoning. The while code generates a test client. The primary part of that is the javascript part and that already carries the ALv2 header (and prior to that most probably the GPLv2-CPE/CDDL header. `css_master-all.css`, `test-resbeans.js`, `test-resbeans.html` all have the header, only the html files are missing it. There is nothing gained by having them in place only partly, so I agree with your assessment.
