issue3的目的，是解决在集群视角下，单机中多个docker部署的多个dubbo应用使用同一个ip，或者广域网视角下，单个局域网内部多个dubbo应用使用同一ip的问题。 提出的解决方案，是由应用自主指定去注册中心注册的地址，可以不是ip地址，可以是域名或者主机名。而issue中提到的解决方案，是利用环境变量来指定该注册地址。 那么我们在注册阶段，在进行注册的配置的时候，将环境变量中的值取出来，由于我们发现注册的address支持多配置，所以直接将新地址放到注册列表中。
