This PR is only for maintaining null-able key / value serdes in the AbstractStream, but to leverage it we need to pass in it from AbstractStream to StreamsGraphNode, which should not be hard and I left it in a follow-up PR just to keep this one small. The key point to review is the inheritance rules for different operators. ```
