Since [KIP-100](https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/KAFKA/KIP-100+-+Relax+Type+constraints+in+Kafka+Streams+API) should this be `Suppress<? super K, ? super V> suppress` for consistency with the rest of the API?
