Keep in mind I am merely extending the behavior of existing functionality in this repo. `DockerToActivationFileLogStore` allows activations generated by the invoker to be written to file and to be stored in CouchDB. This activation store SPI can be used as a replacement for `DockerToActivationFileLogStore` to allow the invoker and **controller** to save activations to a file.
