Replace the pr #1605
1. Create SWHystrixPluginsWrapperCache for recording the SWExecutionHookWrapper
and SWHystrixConcurrencyStrategyWrapper object.
2. Store SWHystrixPluginsWrapperCache in EnhancedInstance#dynamicField.
3. One SWHystrixPluginsWrapperCache attach one EnhancedInstance.
