## What is the purpose of the change
为nameServer，broker与java client
提供http功能，可以多语言操作broker，nameServer。同时为以后的http管理系统打下基础
这次更新没有改变以前的代码与设计的行为，做到了最小影响。

1. broker 的配置文件中加入
namesrvHttpAddr=127.0.0.1:29999
useHttp=true
2. client的 DefaultMQProducer，DefaultMQPushConsumer，DefaultMQPullConsumer的实例调用
setUseHttp方法为true
