This fixes the `cordova/platform/addHelper` tests that were previously attempted to fix in #636. This time I was able to fix the test double setup without having to modify any files from `src/`.
Contains a tiny bit of cleanup in the test-double-setup department too. @brodybits You already reviewed this in #636. Would you care to see if you are fine with the new solution I have come up with?
