Seeing a few [`Lost connection to MySQL server during query errors`](https://travis-ci.org/apache/incubator-airflow/jobs/424719049#L5596) within the CI but cannot repro locally. Closing this PR for now and will try debug on another PR using my travis to avoid consuming too much open source travis resources.
