Could we update the schema for the OffsetCommitRequesst in KIP-320 so that its partition level fields is consistent with the code, i.e. PARTITION_ID, COMMITTED_LEADER_EPOCH. COMMITTED_OFFSET and COMMITTED_METADATA.
