Thanks. I noticed a couple additional missing fields in the documented schema (e.g. throttle time). I've updated the KIP. I will push the changes shortly. I've settled on the following order:
1. Current leader epoch always follows partition id in requests 2. When leader epoch is relative to an offset, then it is listed after the offset.
