`CDDL-GPL-2-CP` means that licensor licenses the artifact under CDDL and GPLv2 with Classpath Exception. As the licensee you can choose which license you choose and at this time GPLv2-CP is not cleared, but CDDL is, so we elect that. So declare the licenses as CDDL (version needs to be determined) and only include that license text.
