As the [doc ](https://www.modpagespeed.com/doc/https_support)says, LoadFromFile 
and MapOriginDomain can be used on the same server but for distinct domains.
And the direct fectch (FetchHttps enable) need that certificates must be 
configured:

pagespeed SslCertDirectory directory;
pagespeed SslCertFile file;
