I was reminded about this from PR #856. We will need a solution for GPL/LGPL dependencies and I would like to postpone the merge of this. We should pull the "we are incubating" joker. I think we showed good faith and the netbeans project is well setup with license tracking (better in parts than some graduated apache projects ...).
