I had a chance to run my test client on my Android phone via a box running these changes. And the android app is doing a naive bushy priority tree like Safari. It would be interesting to get some priority tries from iOS apps. I assume that the Priority strategies could be unique by App, but I assume there are only a handful of priority strategies in the while based on the standard set of app communication libraries like okhttp.
