We should add a flag to "kamel run" to wait for the deployment to be completed
before returning ("–wait").We should add a "kamel logs" command to display a integration logs. It's a shorthand for "kubectl logs" and "kubectl logs -f" but Camel K will direct those commands to the right pod/container using the integration name.
