Thanks for putting this together @Roshrini. The version number is located in the `project.clj` files in the Clojure package.

For example here https://github.com/apache/incubator-mxnet/blob/master/contrib/clojure-package/examples/cnn-text-classification/project.clj#L22 - and finally the README should be updated to point to the right 1.3.0 instead of 1.2.1 maven jars I'd be happy to put a separate PR together for it if you prefer.
