@xhochy - According to [Attachment A](https://docs.nvidia.com/cuda/eula/index.html#attachment-a) of teh cudatoolkit EULA, there are actually a fairly large number of files you are allowed to redistribute. These are mostly shared objects that let you run (but not compile) CUDA code. Of course, you'd still need the NVIDIA drivers installed...
