Introduces a new `SqlOperator` that executes sql code in a database. Surprisingly this operator doesn't already exist. It is not always necessary to implement individual operators for each SQL database (`PostgresOperator`, `MySqlOperator`,etc..), which this operator shows. Similar to `SqlSensor`.
