This commit is targets the following issue: When there are un-named Map PTransforms in the pipeline, the graph display duplicate nodes for that PTransform.
This happens, becuase the pydot module truncates the node name by ":" when inserting nodes, but not when inserting edges. The work around is to insert edges by referencing node OBJECT pairs directly instead of by node NAME pairs.
