I have the same issues when build the mxnet from source on windows, some 
questions.

1. Would this error stop me from inference? I don't need to train the models by 
cpp api.
2. My cmake always show me "Could NOT find PythonInterp (missing: 
PYTHON_EXECUTABLE) ", even I add the PYTHON_EXECUTABLE as "C:\Python27", 
"C:\Python27\python.exe" or "C:\Python27\pythonw.exe"
