Tested with Android version 6.0

```
git clone g...@github.com:vwasteels/test-cordova-geolocation.git
cd test-cordova-geolocation
cordova prepare
cordova run android --device
```

open inspector at chrome://inspect
console says, after 10 seconds : 
```
Received Event: deviceready
getCurrentPosition fails
PositionError {code: 3, message: "Timeout expired"}
```
