Host checks are run consecutively and not in parallel for fake agents on node. This is because of yum/apt-lock (~1-2 minutes for 1 fake agent). 90% of time spend there is just yum operations which strictly depends on env capabilities. The fix disabled yum operations during perf cluster setup.
