@janpio, @raphinesse, `npm test` will  only run `eslint`, and `CI` will run the 
`real test`, 

```
- node /tmp/paramedic/main.js --config pr/$PLATFORM --plugin $(pwd) 
--shouldUseSauce
  --buildName travis-plugin-file-$TRAVIS_JOB_NUMBER
```

So may be I have to setup a `cordova` environment to run those `error case`.
