## What changes were proposed in this pull request? Inappropriate kafka log4j configuration results in too much kafka logs which are constantly increasing and never be removed. Besides,DailyRollingFileAppender does not support property:maxBackupIndex and maxFileSize, Only RollingFileAppender supports it.
