When I run `cordova compile|build ios` I get my build settings output to the
terminal, then nothing. This just started happening after updating to Xcode 10.
 I have all the latest command line tools installed and I'm using cordova 8.0.0.

```
shell:$ cordova compile ios --verbose
```

As you can see it dumps out the configuration then checks for an after compile
hook. This happens whether I run `cordova compile ios` or `cordova build ios`
