The documentation for [`proxy.config.http.cache.http`](https://docs.trafficserver.apache.org/en/latest/admin-guide/files/records.config.en.html?#proxy-config-http-cache-http) states that setting the value to `0` disables caching of HTTP requests.
It seems that resources that are already held by the cache may still be served from cache. Is this the intended behavior, or would it make sense to clarify the documentation?
