For the tutorial, the reset should have instructions for resetting ZK, you'll need to shut down zookeeper after shutting down Druid services, delete the ZK `dataDir` which is `/tmp/zookeeper` in the default `zoo.cfg`, and then restart ZK and the druid services. I'll fix that in the tutorial docs, thanks for reporting.
