Docs backport of https://github.com/apache/incubator-druid/pull/6362 to 0.12.3
Adds instructions for resetting Zookeeper and Kafka state to the 0.12.3 quickstart tutorial. In the master tutorials, Zookeeper state is kept in the same directory as Druid state, and Zookeper is started/stopped together with Druid, so ZK-specific instructions are not needed there.
