I agree, `BLE_GAP_MAX_PENDING_CONN_PARAM_UPDATE` would be a more descriptive 
parameter.

How about the following setting and description:

```
    BLE_GAP_MAX_PENDING_CONN_PARAM_UPDATE:
        description: >
            Controls the number of connection parameters that can be pending
            simultaneously. Devices with many concurrent connections may need
            to increase this value.
        value: 1
```

I copied one of the surrounding options and picked up the `(0/1)` from 
that—oops.
