@gautamkmr because we already have tutorials that turn into python notebooks which are tested, we do not want to create notebooks/examples/code that does not get tested as a part of CI, we won't know if they break. For the user which is more authoritative - these sample notebooks or what they can download on the website, I prefer to go with what we advertise on the website. Taking your request one step further - I recommend to get all of MXNet tutorials(use existing) onto this docker image, make sure all of them run successfully so users have a smooth start with MXNet.
