## What changes were proposed in this pull request? - Optimize package existence check for ubuntu (speedup) - Fix search for installed system packages, which comes with architecture in the name - If package is present, no second installation would be issues(except action_force command would be passed in the context). This means, the we r now not forcing installation of the same package like before, due to unique package naming.
## How was this patch tested? Were done several cluster deployments on Ubuntu/CentOS, some of them already had some packages installed. No problems were observed.
