@nswamy @sandeep-krishnamurthy This issue is not related to Operator implementation. Please remove the [Operator] label. We have created a JIRA ticket [MXNET-933](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MXNET-933) to implement the native constant operator in MXNet backend.
