AFAIK Docker would work ok with the CPU version, so you could just copy and paste that stuff in the Windows section. Regarding GPU, is there a reason you're using `1.3.0_gpu_cu90_mkl` instead of `1.3.0_gpu_cu92_mkl`? Isn't it "better"? Maybe throw in the docker hub link so people go browse the other versions...
