I just tried refreshing https://www.modpagespeed.com/examples/insert_dns_prefetch.html?PageSpeed=on&PageSpeedFilters=insert_dns_prefetch a couple of times and the expected DNS prefetch links got inserted: ``` <link rel="dns-prefetch" href="//www.gstatic.com"><link rel="dns-prefetch" href="//ajax.googleapis.com"></head> ```
