[GitHub] [drat] brenopolanski opened pull request #171: Add the tinycolor2 JavaScript color tooling

Added the `tinycolor2` lib that returns a boolean indicating whether the 
perceived color brightness of the bubble chart is light by changing the color 
of the text to black or white.
