@QiuMM thanks! I think it makes more sense to add new rules like `LoadSince` or `DropBefore` rather than modifying existing rules. They would be more intuitive and easier to use than combining loadRules and dropRules to get the same effect. But I don't know what was the rationale for the current design of the load/drop rules. @gianm any idea?
